30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your bath towel shipment to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Return Eligibility & Condition

- The items must be returned in their original packaging, including all product tags, cardboard bands, and protective wrapping.
Return Process

- Authorization: Once authorized, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
- Dispatch: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return package is delivered to our facility and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the towel.

Damaged or Defective Items
